This Privacy Policy (i) is intended to help you understand how we gather, use and protect your personal information; (ii) aims at helping you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the Semsphere site, services and games; (iii) applies to all the web sites, services and games offered by Semsphere; (iv) is incorporated into and is subject to the Semsphere Terms of Service.

1. The information Semsphere collects
Information you provide
When you choose to sign up for Semsphere we may request certain personal information such as your name, email address, nickname, postal address, telephone number and birth date among others. For certain services, we also request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers.
Cookies
Just like any other entertainment web site, when you visit the Semsphere sites, use any of our services or play our games, we may send one or more "cookies" to your computer or device to help us provide you with better service. Other sites
This Privacy Policy applies to web sites and services that are owned and operated by Semsphere. We do not exercise control over any third party sites featuring our games. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
2. The Way Semsphere uses information
If you submit personal information to us through the Semsphere sites, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of the Semsphere sites and service.
Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages, chat areas, through our games, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Your username (not your email address) is displayed to other users when you play our games videos or send messages through the Semsphere sites, and other users can contact you through messages and comments.
Any information such as graphic, picture, photo, video, image, text or other content that you decide to post to any of our forums or to other users through the Semsphere sites or provided through any of our games might become published content and is not considered personal information subject to this Privacy Policy.

We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary. 7. Accessing and updating personal information
When you use Semsphere services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests.
8. Special note to international users
The Semsphere site is hosted in Austria and is intended for and directed to users in European Union. If you are a user accessing the Semsphere site from the U.S, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from European Union laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Semsphere site, services and games, which are governed by European and Austrian law, this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service, you are transferring your personal information to the European Union.
